Other Services.

  • ADHD Evaluations ($350/hr)

Families and caregivers may have concerns about ADHD and would like evaluation and a treatment plan for support with next steps. In these cases an ADHD evaluation may be most appropriate rather than a full assessment of all cognitive domains.

  • IQ Testing ($250/hr)

Some children, adolescents, or young adults may desire IQ testing for educational, vocational, or personal purposes. IQ testing may be available through the public school system in some cases if warranted. However, this may be a beneficial service for those who may be in a different educational setting for example.

  • Cognitive Screening ($200/hr)

Screening evaluations provide a quick assessment of presenting cognitive concerns and can be useful in determining areas that require more in-depth evaluation. Screening evaluations are also helpful in the process of determining next steps in addressing a child’s overall needs.

  • Cognitive Intervention ($200/hr)

Children with previously identified areas of cognitive difficulty (e.g., executive functioning), might benefit from a treatment plan which includes research-based strategies for addressing specific areas of concern. Children and families participate in either in-person or televideo sessions where they learn compensatory approaches to reducing the impact of cognitive challenges on daily activity.

  • Consultation ($150/hr)

Consultation services are available either in-person or in televideo sessions about a wide range of topics within Dr. Kelly’s realm of clinical expertise. Review of previous assessments or evaluations is also available at this rate. These services are available to families and caregivers, other professionals, as well as members of the community.

  • Psychoeducation ($100/hr)

Psychoeducational services provide detailed information about a variety of topics related to the practice of neuropsychology (e.g., information about formal educational interventions and accommodations, mental health topics, educational information about child and adolescent development). This information is available at an individual or family level or in the form of didactics or lectures.

*Note about televideo services: Dr. Kelly generally conducts the Clinical Interview and Feedback Session through televideo while the Child Interview and Test Session(s) are conducted in-person however this may differ based on the needs of the client, parents or caregivers and can be determined on an individual basis as needed. Current public health recommendations will also be considered in determining the mode of service delivery.

**Insurance: Dr. Kelly currently accepts Aetna and Anthem Blue Cross insurance. For those with out-of-network benefits, she does not bill insurance directly, but can provide a superbill.
